Dear Valued IQuest Customer:

With regard to the media attention pertaining to Robert Hoquim, we
thought it would be best to communicate directly with our valued
customers about the information that has surfaced regarding Mr.
Hoquim.

Robert Hoquim has not been active in IQuest in any capacity since early
February when IQuest was sold. No one including previous or current
employees or new owners of IQuest had any inclination at all about
Robert Hoquim's previous history.

Bob Hoquim moved to Indianapolis in 1987 and changed his name. During
the 13 years in Indiana, his record was apparently clean. During this
time, he developed an exceptional Internet backbone service which
provided access to the Internet in the mid 1980's as well growing
IQuest to the size that it is today. Needless to say, we are all
stunned by the revelations reported over the past couple of days.

We want to reassure the IQuest family including employees, corporate
clients and individual users that our business is stronger than ever.
In fact, as Indiana's largest regional Internet Service Provider, we
are expanding into new areas such as DSL, Video and Audio Streaming,
advanced Web Hosting, telecommunication services and high speed
dedicated Internet access.

IQuest will continue to be fully committed to the highest standards for
