Open Message To The Licensees & Other Interested Parties Using The PageSat-
NCIT Satellite Service:

We noted our failure to receive a satellite signal from the PageSat-
NCIT company earlier this date. We placed a called to NCIT's Palo Alto, CA,
office (415-493-9592) and reached a recording. This recording states that
NCIT has ceased doing business, is no longer providing a satellite feed to
over 400+ customers and directs all creditors and customers to call their
attorney's office. The telephone number of their attorney is provided in
this message.
As of now, none of us will be receiving any satellite feed from NCIT. You
can confirm this by calling the above stated telephone number.
We placed a telephone call to Norm Gillispie. Norm, and his wife
Lydia, started with the original company known as "PageSat", which was
later bought out by NCIT. The following is a recap of what Norm and I spoke
about on the phone:
Question: What recourse do we have as far as recovering monies we paid
up front - some of us for a year or more of service, in advance?
Norm: At this point you could contact a California lawyer and file suit,
or (based on our suggestion) assemble a number of customers and
launch a class action suit.
Question: Has NCIT ceased doing buisness, thus shutting down their
equipment and leaving many of us without this satellite feed?
Norm: Yes, they have. Currently NCIT owes me in excess of $20K. I have
not been paid by them in 6 weeks. Also, I am locked out of the
building where this equipment is at.
Currently the President of NCIT, Dick Grey, is vacationing
in Hawaii. His son, Mike Grey (President of NCIT) is due to join
Dick shortly in Hawaii for vacation as well.
Question: What brought about NCIT abruptly ceasing to do business?
Norm: Some of their investors got nervous, even though we have 30-40
new account activations awaiting activation. The investors got
a bit shook when we transitioned over from the K2 to GE1
satellite. We had a signal strenght problem, which we corrected.
But, the feed was requiring us to double our bandwidth on GE1,
unless we made some changes. I went to Dick and told him that I
could tighten the band with some filters. He agreed, we ordered
the filters - matter-of-fact, those filters came in yesterday
at 5PM PST, but I was never allowed to install and test them
out. They simply locked the place up, thus leaving all of you
and me locked out.
Question: I know that you had mentioned to me, a couple of months ago,
that you and your wide Lydia were contemplating taking the this
satellite service back over. Is this still your intention?
Norm: Yes, but I do not believe with the current equipment. I have
spoken with the leasing company, as well as GE. They are OK
with us just starting up with a new link.
Question: Do you plan on contacting any of the current NCIT subscribers
and advising them of your proposed directions and plans?
Norm: Yes. I have the e-mail addresses of over 300 of them. I will
start sending out e-mail to them all, updating them on what has
happened here, as well as my intentions.
Question: When do you anticipate on having the satellite feed turned back
on?
Norm: I just do not know at this point...but, the sooner the better.

I spoke with Joe Overholt, President of Planet Connect, at
4:45PM CST this date. Joe stated that he will be in touch, this evening,
with his technical folks, as well as the folks at S & H. He stated that the
pressure is on his company now, more than ever, to get his feed working in
the TSX enviroment.
Joe asked that I call him back late Friday or Saturday of this
week. He promised that he will have more information available about his
services working in the TSX enviroment....
