Strangee says "The Spectrum BBS software and the Vision BBS software -- both were very popular in Oklahoma (USA), Texas (USA), Arkansas (USA), Kansas (USA), and some other surrounding states from about 1984 to 1988-1989. Vision BBS was written by Larry Ross and Sean (last name unknown). Sean and Larry Ross split several months after the release of Vision BBS. Larry Ross continues to work on Vision while Sean worked on Spectrum."
